We're raising funds for our dear sister Ari. On December 30th, while traveling in Namibia, Ari's car popped a tire and rolled multiple times. The crash was severe, and Ari's leg is broken in two places. After spending thousands of dollars for CT scans and X-rays at the area's private hospital, she was faced with an $11,000 upfront bill to be able to get the surgery she needed there, which is out of reach at this time. She's transferred to the local hospital but needs help getting funds to be able to return home to Brazil so that she can get the surgery she needs. She's been in touch with the Brazilian Embassy, who have been helping where they can, but she's still faced with a expensive 40+ hour flight back to her hometown and all of the medical and recovery expenses needed so she can get back on her feet.
