Meet Arena – our loving, playful American Bully XL who brings so much joy to our lives. At just 11 months old, she’s full of energy and love, but unfortunately, she has been diagnosed with severe bilateral cruciate ligament disease and now requires urgent Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) surgery on both knees to regain her mobility.

• Why We Need Your Help

Arena’s surgery costs are overwhelming, totaling $14,000 AUD for both knees and recuperation. Sadly, our pet insurance won’t cover this procedure, and despite our best efforts, we need extra support to give her the care she deserves.

Recovery Needs: In addition to the surgery itself, Arena will need intensive care during her recovery, which will take at least two months. During this time, she will be unable to walk on her own and will need constant assistance. We will need to be by her side every day to help her through the healing process. We also need to purchase a walking harness to safely assist her when she begins to move around again. All of these factors contribute to additional expenses, and we are asking for your support to help us cover these extra costs.
