Help areej and her family to rebuilt their demolished house

My name is Areej Al-Khalidi, and I find myself in this situation as I write this and I ask for your help.

My small family consists of 5 members, me, my husband" Osama" and 3 children, Omar, Malak, and Lynn. We were all living great lives. We have a warm and beautiful home, and we were striving hard to achieve our goals and dreams with our three children.

We worked hard to build our future step by step with our children, with all hope and love. We were going to renovate and expand our home to brighten our lives.

But everything changed on October 7th. A few days after the tragedy occurred, we had to flee our home, with nothing but the clothes we were wearing. We took refuge in the southern Gaza Strip

All we hoped for was for the suffering to end and for us to be able to return to our home - until we saw pictures of our neighborhood being bombed and completely destroyed. Our house was completely destroyed, like the rest of the houses in the neighborhood, along with everything we owned: our clothes, furniture, personal belongings, and all our memories. We no longer have a home to return to.

The days, weeks, and months that passed were all filled with fear, and there were many times of evacuations and movements that exhausted us and my children. Many of our loved ones and friends died, we lost all hope, and all our happy memories were destroyed.

We never expected that all our beautiful future would turn out to be such a terrible nightmare...

But we have no choice but to seek now to escape with my children from this terrifying horror.

So I ask you, from the bottom of my heart, to do everything you can to help

عائلتي الصغيرة مكونة من 5 أفراد، انا وزوجي اسامة و3 اطفال عمر وملاك ولين . كنا جميعا نعيش حياة رائعة. ولدينا منزل دافئ وجميل، وكنت وزوجي نسعى بكل جهد لتحقيق أهدافنا واحلامنا مع اطفالنا الثلاثة.

اجتهدنا بقوة لنبني مستقبلنا خطوة بخطوة مع اطفالنا، مليئًا بالأمل والحب. كان من المقرر أن نجدد منزلنا ونتوسع به لتشرق حياتنا.

لكن كل شيء تغير في السابع من أكتوبر. وبعد أيام قليلة من وقوع المأساة، اضطررنا إلى الفرار من منزلنا وليس لدينا سوى الملابس التي نرتديها. لجأنا إلى جنوب قطاع غزة

كل ما كنا نتمناه هو أن تنتهي المعاناة ونتمكن من العودة إلى منزلنا - حتى شاهدنا صور حينا وهو مقصوف ومدمر بالكامل. لقد تم تدمير منزلنا بالكامل كباقي منازل الحي، ومعه كل ما نمتلكه، ملابسنا وأثاثنا ومقتنياتنا الشخصية ، وكل ذكرياتنا. لم يعد لدينا منزل نعود إليه.

كانت الأيام والاسابيع والاشهر التى مضت كلها خوف وتعددت مرات الاخلاء والتنقل التي ارهقتنا مع اطفالي ، وقد مات الكثير من احبائنا وأصدقائنا، وفقدنا كل امل، وانهدمت كل ذكرياتنا السعيدة.

لم نتوقع أبدًا أن كل مستقبلنا الجميل سيكون بهذا الشكل كابوسًا مريعا ...

لكن ليس أمامنا خيار سوى السعي الان للهروب مع اطفالي من هذا الرعب المخيف .

لذلك أطلب منكم، من أعماق قلبي، أن تقدم كل ما في وسعك للمساعدة
