Hi, my name is Alexis, and I’m raising funds to help my dog, Archer who recently suffered a serious fracture to his front leg.

Archer is a 45-lb Australian Shepherd/Border Collie mix — an active, loving dog who is deeply bonded to our family. After an unexpected injury, he was taken to the vet where his leg was reset and placed in a splint. Unfortunately, the fracture is severe and healing properly requires ongoing veterinary care that I’m struggling to afford.

I’ve already paid for the initial emergency visit, X-rays, splinting, and pain medication. I’ve applied for CareCredit and Scratchpay but was denied, and the cost of continued splint care, follow-up imaging, or surgery is more than I can manage on my own.

Right now, our goal is to:

• Keep his pain controlled

• Maintain proper splint care

• Get at least one follow-up X-ray and vet recheck

• Avoid amputation if at all possible

Any funds raised will go directly toward veterinary bills, splint follow-ups, medications, and imaging. Even small donations or sharing this page means more than I can express.

This is not an easy thing to ask for, but I’m doing everything I can to give him the chance to heal and live a full, pain-free life.
