Hello, my father's name is Arcadio Rosas Serrano and he has recently had to have emergency surgery on his gallbladder. Sadly, surgery was the only option we had or he would have sadly passed away. The downside is that the surgery cost 37 thousand dollars.They also still need to pay off their immigration cost too!Our family is not in a place to pay all that off.
