Arca is my best friend and the only friend I have here in America. Recently, he was detained by ICE because he didn't have a judge assigned to his case. Now, he is in jail, and it has been incredibly hard for both of us. Arca is not just a friend—he is like family to me, and seeing him go through this has been heartbreaking.
