My name Araceli Martinez, a 56-year-old woman, 2 children, a 15-year-old and my daughter, I have been separated for 12 years, for more than 20 years I have worked hard to support my family by cleaning houses and offices , babysitting, taking care of dogs, and attending parties. Last June my life changed with a diagnosis of stomach cancer and I immediately submitted to all the procedures but I never believed that they were so aggressive putting me in bed for 12 to 14 days needing help even to bathe.
I am weaker with each chemo without being able to work since then, I sadly think that if you are not healthy you have nothing! I can't work, which is what I regret the most because I was a self-sufficient woman full of life, attitude and a lot of gratitude to God for all the work I had and that made me feel safe and that my children had what they needed
Now I am in this difficult situation because I do not have the resources to support my expenses.
