Hi everyone,
My name is Cristal Grantz, and I’m reaching out on behalf of our sweet 6‑month‑old daughter, Arabella Grantz. Our world changed overnight when Arabella was diagnosed with Sturge-Weber Syndrome, a rare neurological condition that has already caused her to suffer life‑threatening seizures. No parent is ever prepared to watch their baby endure something so terrifying, and we are now facing a medical journey far more complex than we ever imagined.
Arabella is not alone in our home — she is the baby sister to Beckham Grantz and Everleigh Grantz, who love her more than words can express. As we navigate this crisis, we’re doing our best to support them emotionally and keep life as stable as possible, all while preparing for the intense medical care Arabella urgently needs.
Her seizures have become increasingly dangerous, and doctors have confirmed that the only path toward giving her a safer, healthier future is through multiple brain surgeries. These highly specialized procedures must be performed by a neurologic surgical team in Boston, far from home and from the routines our other children depend on. The emotional weight is overwhelming — and so is the financial one.
Between emergency care, ongoing treatments, travel back and forth to Boston, temporary lodging, and balancing care for all three of our children, the costs have grown far beyond what we can manage alone. We are humbly asking for your help. Your generosity will go directly toward:
-Travel and lodging in Boston so we can stay close to Arabella through multiple surgeries
-Ongoing medical bills and specialized neurology care
-Follow-up treatments, therapies, and long-term recovery support
-Expenses needed to maintain stability for Beckham and Everleigh during this incredibly difficult chapter
Every donation — no matter the amount — lifts a piece of the burden from our family. Arabella is the light of our lives, a strong little fighter with the sweetest smile, and she deserves every chance at a safer, brighter future. Your support gives her that chance.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story, for sharing it, and for supporting our family through the hardest moment we’ve ever faced. Your kindness truly means the world to us.
With love and gratitude,
The Grantz Family
