The Aquino family is mourning the recent loss of Federico Aquino, Husband, Father, Friend, and proud Nuyorican to heart failure due to complications battling end-stage renal disease. While this brave and generous family man had been fighting this condition that developed years after donating his kidney to his brother in the '90s, his sudden and untimely demise has caught his loved ones off guard.

Thus, we are seeking financial assistance with funeral and end-of-life related expenses from those inspired by the giving nature of others who "pay it forward".
