My name is Jennifer Roberts, and a dear friend of our family was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer for the 2nd time in less than 5 years. Apryl is a single mom who loves spending time with her boys, Jacob and Colton, and coaching baseball for the West Boynton Rec League. Those of you who know Apryl know she is always giving and doing for others. Now is the time for her to do it for herself, and she needs our support. Her treatment will include a minimum of 13 weeks of weekly infusion chemotherapy followed by a year of chemotherapy every 3 weeks. After that, she will undergo radiation and another surgery. I am looking to help her cover her medical and travel expenses for her treatments. Unfortunately, her insurance coverage isn’t what it was in the past and recently changed. Therefore, causing her to pay more out of pocket. Just in the past few months since she’s been diagnosed, she’s been charged over $2,500. This will all start over January 1st when she will owe over $7,500 between her deductible and co-insurance. She will have to travel 2X a week to appointments and treatment, which are nearly an hour each way. Please help if you can monetarily and share with friends and family to help spread the word.
