I am really in need of help, friends.
Despite having 5 jobs/clients and working literally from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep every single day, I am struggling. I do not buy myself anything; my running joke is I’ve needed new underwear for at least a year but can’t even do that for myself right now. Pretty much anything joyful or fun that has happened to me lately has been at the expense of others. I'm doing my best to pay off debts but just can't seem to get ahead.
I am on a payment plan with the IRS for past due taxes and after filing my 2018 taxes - $668/month, starting the 25th of November. I honestly don’t know how I’m going to make it every month but I had no choice to take it to avoid garnishment, liens (not that I have anything for that), and I assume eventually prison. The interest and penalties are astounding.
It seems like such an impossible number, but I figured I should put it all out there in hopes that I can accomplish even a part of it. The goal amount is what it would take to pay off all of my credit cards and a high-interest personal loan I took out last year. I will use all donations to pay off as much as possible. This will free up income each month to make the $668 IRS payment, along with setting every extra penny aside towards current taxes so that I can stop this cycle. I am also going to consult a tax attorney to find out if I have any legal recourse, and if so, funds will also go towards that.
If you want your donation to be an interest-free loan, you have my word I will pay you back within your requested timeframe. If there is any work I can do for you in trade (administrative/assistant work, Tarot readings, etc.), reach out to discuss. I am committed to fixing my situation and will give all of my time and energy to it.
