Help April Reunite with Her Children

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-Hearted Strangers,

I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart but unwavering hope. My name is April, and I am a devoted mother fighting to regain the right to see my beautiful children.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and legal challenges, I find myself in a situation where I need financial assistance to cover attorney fees that are essential for navigating this complex legal battle.

As a mother, the bond I share with my kids is irreplaceable. They are my world, and being separated from them is unbearable. Every moment I am away from them feels like a piece of my heart is missing.

I believe that every child deserves the love and support of their mother, and I am determined to fight for my right to be in their lives. I’m also going back to school so that I can help other mothers in the same situation in the future, but that process is likely to take me another five or more years.

Thus far, I’ve been attempting to represent myself and have made costly legal mistakes that have led to my nearly entire separation from my children. The court has now mandated a trial, which involves calling witnesses and an immense number of technicians that I am simply not capable of doing without an attorney.

The legal process can be overwhelming and expensive. The fees associated with hiring a qualified attorney are beyond my current means, and I am reaching out for your support.

Your contributions will go directly towards legal fees, court costs, and any other necessary expenses that will help me present my case effectively and advocate for my children’s best interests.

The fundraising amount I’ve asked for covers only the trial retainer for my attorney. There will also be travel and other expenses, but I am hoping to meet this minimum amount as soon as possible because every day counts.
