Our dear friend April Boone is in need of financial assistance. For years now, she has suffered from sarcoidosis and the side effects that arose as a result of her treatment. Sarcoidosis typically occurs in the lungs and is a result of our immune system working on overdrive to protect us from a foreign body. This may come in the form of an allergen, a chemical, or an infection like the flu or COVID-19. Suffice to say, the past four years have wreaked havoc on our friend April.

As a result of chronic steroids that have been necessary to tame the inflammatory response in her body, her bones have become brittle, and she has lost many of her teeth which has made it near impossible for her to find a stable job. Despite this obvious discrimination, she has persevered until now. Right now, April needs her friends. She is less than 30 days away from losing her home to the bank. If we can fund her this gift, she will save her home and be able to sell it at her own free will. Importantly, she will be able to retrieve her rightful equity to start a new chapter of her life. Let us please NOT let the bank take control of April's new life. No one wins that way, only the bank, and our dear friend should not be a victim to that nightmare.

April is a compassionate, loyal, proud, wicked smart woman. She is a fierce advocate for those in need, as evidenced by her work for fire victims since the 1990s. She has reluctantly given me permission to post all this and ask for help. I am grateful that she gave in :-)
