Hi, my name is Carla Reed. I’m requesting assistance for my God Sister, Appollonia “Apple” Jenkins. She lost almost everything in a fire that started in her car and spread to her house on December 27, 2025.

Apple is a single parent of two sons (ages 6 and 9). She and one son were home when the fire started and thankfully a neighbor advised them of the fire and they were able to escape unharmed.

Both of her cars were totally destroyed and the house is uninhabitable. She was able to salvage some of her and the children’s clothes, but they have smoke damage. Everything else was destroyed, including all of the children’s Christmas gifts.

We are asking for help during this terrible tragedy. Any donation, no matter how small, will go towards:

Living expenses (she is staying with family right now)

Clothes

Furniture and household items to set up house again

Transportation (one car was insured but the other car was not)

If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping my God Sister and her sons in prayer.

We appreciate your compassion, love, and support during this difficult time.
