Help Apothica Cafe

Since opening in 2020, during prime-time pandemic, we've seen success, expansion, and gathered a wonderful dedicated community that we are so thankful for, but we have also faced many challenging obstacles that have started to stack up. We are grateful for everyone's ongoing support & would love to continue providing delicious vegan food and a warm welcoming space for all, but we need some help.

We have leveraged everything we have to build and grow this business and we are now stretched very thin. Several unexpected expenses, price increases, supply chain issues, and construction/renovation going off timeline and over budget has lead us into a tight spot financially.

We had to pause further construction on the expansion when a new health inspector visited us and told us about all kinds of changes we needed to make to be up to code- things that were not mentioned in previous inspections. We spent thousands to put in new equipment that also required plumbing and electrical work.

We have also recently learned that we may need to replace our air conditioning and refrigeration units any day now, two issues that are incredibly expensive and would bring business to a stop immediately. We are unsure of how we will get the funds and keep the doors open if/when this happens.

Apothica Cafe is humbly asking for donations to help us stay in business. We have genuinely enjoyed providing high quality 100% vegan food and a unique welcoming environment over the last 4 years and would love to continue. Any amount you can donate is dearly appreciated. All funds will go towards paying down debts and updating equipment to keep us going.
