Help Aoki Walk Again

Aoki has been a beloved part of my life since I rescued her in 2019. She’s always been a source of comfort and joy, and her gentle spirit has touched everyone who meets her. Recently, Aoki became suddenly paralyzed overnight, and despite our best efforts, we still don’t know the cause. This has been a heartbreaking and overwhelming experience, not just for Aoki but for me as well. This is effecting every aspect of my life while trying to get her the help she needs.

Right now, Aoki is being cared for at the veterinary hospital, where she’s receiving X-rays, an MRI, and intravenous medications. The veterinarians have recommended spinal surgery, which offers a 95% chance of recovery. This surgery is her best hope for regaining her mobility and returning to the happy, active life she deserves. The costs for her care and surgery are more than I can manage alone, and I’m reaching out for support to give Aoki the chance she needs.
