Help A’Nyla Holly March with The Memphis Blues

Hi, my name is A’Nyla Holly, and I’m a 17-year-old tuba player with a dream. This summer, I’ve been given the incredible opportunity to march with The Memphis Blues, a Drum Corps International (DCI) group. For those who don’t know, DCI is a highly competitive marching music organization that brings together the best young performers from across the country to tour and compete at the highest level. Being part of this experience would mean the world to me—not just for my growth as a musician, but also for my future. I come from a single-income household, and the member fee of $1,700

 is a big challenge. After I graduate high school, I plan to attend Mississippi State University to earn my degree in music education. DCI will not only help me improve on my instrument, but it will also give me access to mentorship and professional guidance from some of the best in the field.
