Help Antonio get to Juilliard!

My name is Antonio, and I am an aspiring composer and classical musician.

 

I applied to the Juilliard School of Music on a whim, and after a month of waiting and a nerve wracking interview, I was admitted to their online composition program! It has been my lifelong dream become a well rounded and well educated composer of classical music, and I would be so thankful to anyone who will help me achieve this dream.

 

I have been advancing in my career as a classical composer for several years now, and I know that this is the next step in my journey. The chance to study with some of the worlds most esteemed music professors would be an amazing opportunity for me, and I am so thankful to have even gotten the chance. I currently teach K-8 band and choir, and in my current situation as a teacher, unexpectedly being admitted with such a quick registration deadline has placed me in a financial predicament that I was not prepared for.

 

For my previous efforts and achievements in music, I have received several scholarships and honors, including the Gerret Ebmeyer Scholarship (Trumpet performance), the Charles Brownwell Scholarship (Piano performance), an FSPA Merit Scholarship (Piano performance), the Louis Armstrong Award (jazz piano performance) the Donn Wyant Music Scholarship (Jazz performance and composition), and more.

 

Unfortunately, the Juilliard School of Music does not offer scholarships for their online students, and so I will be paying out of pocket for all expenses. So far, I am signed up for one course, which is the only one I will be taking this semester. This goal includes tuition and registration, which comes to a total of $1,320.

 

I am asking anyone who can to please support my goal of learning more about my passion at Juilliard. I would be unbelievably grateful to anyone who could help!

 

My tuition is due the day I register, and registration ends soon! I will do my best to swing this, and I could really use the help. Again, many thanks, and I hope I get to continue my passion and career advancement with your help!
