Help Antonio Bring His Children Home
Donation protected
Dear La Jolla Del Mar Owners,
My name is David Singh and I was elected to the board this past Saturday. I am a firm believer in have a strong culture and making sure that La Jolla Del Mar Condos is the best property to live in and be a part of.
You may know Antonio Valdovions, one of our maintenance workers. Unfortunately, his wife Claudia traveled to Michoacán with their five children and during the visit to her family, she caught Covid and past this Saturday, May 22nd, 2021.
Antonio is the children’s stepfather and will take on the responsibilities of raising three of his stepchildren (Diara, Sandra and Eddie), the other two children will now join their biological fathers family. The children are still in Michoacán and will need to travel back home to Antonio, accompanied by their grandmother (Teresa).
Antonio’s wife, Claudia was buried on Sunday, May 23rd, 2021 and Antonio was not able to fly to Michoacán for his wifes funeral (burials in Mexico happen from one day to the next and because of Covid, this process was implemented).
As being part of the La Jolla Del Mar Family, I have started a funeral fundraiser to help cover the cost of the funeral expenses and to fly the children back home to Antonio. During this difficult time we are reaching out to the community to help Antonio and his five daughters.
We have started a Go Fund Me Account to help gather voluntary donations. Please consider donating if you can, as any amount will truly help. We need to raise 2000.00 dollars in order to cover the cost of Claudia’s funeral expenses owed and to fly the children back home.
Thank you so much for your consideration,
David Singh, Javier Diaz, Barbara Biggins, Terrie Rogers, Carolyn Ready, Ed Weiss and Bill Effner
