Help Anti Cafe Reach Its Grand Opening

Hey y’all!

As many of you know, we have been working tirelessly since April to open Anti. A cafe love child of a 16 year coffee kid & a neighborhood guy who understands the importance of third spaces in our communities. What we hope to bring you, is a home away from home. A cafe not only providing excellent house made food and beverages - but warmth and solace. We are hoping to bring art, music, and more! from and for members of the communities we share.

So far, we have done everything out of pocket and built a fair amount of the bar structures and seating ourselves, as well as doing mild design renovations to the rented space. We have been fairly lucky along the way, with only a few roadblocks and we are almost there!!

We are hoping to raise some additional funds to get us to the finish line and to help us hire some more intricate professionals for some of the more detailed jobs: electrical, plumbing, and painting!

Part of our goal at Anti is to support our locals, the way we want to be supported. If you have the means to help us hire other small businesses of Bedstuy, it would be greatly appreciated.
