Family Lost Everything on May 16th Fire – Urgent Help Needed Story:       On **May 16th in Staten Island, a devastating electrical fire tore through the home of Anthony Gambidilla, Raven Padone, Dante Buffa, and Anthony Gambidilla Jr., completely destroying everything they owned. The blaze caused severe damage to the entire structure the entire house. All of my cousins personal belongings—leaving the family with nothing but the clothes on their backs.     The fire was first discovered by Dante Buffa, who came home from school and immediately smelled smoke. His instincts kicked in and he dialed 911, not knowing that their own home was in flames. Emergency responders arrived quickly, but by then, the damage was catastrophic. To make matters worse, the tragedy has been compounded by gross negligence from the HOA manager. Despite the severity of the situation, the HOA manager waited six to seven days after the devastation before filing an insurance claim—and only assessed the outside of the home. No one even entered the unit to evaluate the destruction inside. However, with it being a holiday weekend, the entire process is even more delayed. The family is temporarily staying in a hotel, but time is running out—they will be homeless within a week if housing support or financial assistance does not come through. They’ve lost everything:     •    Clothes     •    Furniture     •    Irreplaceable memories and family photos     •    Essential electronics and personal items     •    A safe place to call home And now they’re facing an uphill battle without answers, without stability, and without justice.
