Help Anthony See and Support His Family

Hello, my name is Anthony de Jesus. I am a 25-year-old father and the main provider for my family. Unfortunately, due to recent circumstances, I have been diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes, preventing me from doing my part as a father.

I unfortunately do not have any medical insurance and am in desperate need to cover my medical expenses for surgery as my vision has gone completely up in smoke and am being prevented from doing everyday activities like cooking and caring for my little one. I am having to be dependent on others, which is out of the norm for me, so I am here today to ask for help from anyone who can help me with the costs of my surgery so I can go back to doing my best to provide for my family yet again.

I am temporarily out of work until I can get the surgery because I am limited to what I can do. Any and all help is greatly appreciated as you will be doing my small family a huge favor by getting me back out there. God bless everyone and thank you in advance to everyone!
