On August 24th, 2025, Local Waterman and Longtime Beach House Family Member, Anthony Joose Colasurdo is heading out to California to race the prestigious Catalina Classic Paddleboard Race! The most prestigious race in the country! 32 miles long!

More importantly, Anthony is going to show the Californians that we do have a prone paddleboard community here in New Jersey!

Anthony has been training super hard and after 5 years of figuring out how to make this happen, he has committed to making the race and he has a real shot at Winning!

A race like this costs anywhere from $5,000 to $7,000, from the personal guide boat to the boat captain, flights, boards, hotel rooms and food, expenses start piling up.

We are here raising funds to help cover some of the costs for this True Waterman and Point Pleasant Local.
