Help Anthony fight Congestive Heart Failure

Hello my name is Anthony Harvey, my family and I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read my story. We have been blindsided by finding out that I need a Heart Transplant due to my chronic congestive heart failure.

On March 28, 2024 I walked into my doctor’s office to be seen for my ongoing hiccups. After doing an EKG and an Echo I was told that I have an enlarged heart and it’s only pumping at a 22% and that I have chronic congestive heart failure and need to be admitted immediately. The next thing I know, I was being transported to Cardiac ICU where I have been since March 28. After having 4 surgeries, and suffering a small stroke, the doctors decided to place a device called “Impella pump” on the left side of my heart. Which is helping pump blood through his already weak heart. Without this pump, Anthony heart wouldn’t be strong enough to pump on its on.

On Tuesday April 16, 2024, the transplant team along with my doctors discussed my case and I was approved for a transplant. I have been placed on the UNOS donor list for a heart . So now the waiting begins.

As Anthony continues to fight this critical battle, we are seeking support from our community. Your donation will help cover a multitude of medical expeensives, including hospital bills, on going care and most importantly the medication that he will need after his surgery.
