My name is Anthony Duran and I’m currently pursuing my associate degree in fire science. I want to help give back to my community by being of service, and I feel that I can do this by being a firefighter.

I am trying to be a Firefighter/EMT and I will be attending the fire academy in January 2026.

I am currently trying to raise money so that I can purchase personal protection gear and uniforms. I currently have a full-time job and bills that require the money I make from work, leaving me with no extra money to purchase the required PPE gear and uniforms. I have tuition costs that are covered with my college grant, but it’s not enough for the required equipment like boots, gloves, helmet, fire pants etc.
