Is all that good High blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol. Vertical. Some heart problems.i don't know who can help me out with that I need a Miracle from God because i take care of my mother I love my mother so much I got Medical bills to pay and money from my prescriptions.i don't know what else to do
