Hello everyone,

My name is Ansley, and I am a 17-year-old high school senior who has been passionately devoted to dancing for the past 12 years. I am currently studying at Decruz Ballet in their professional training division, dedicating about 36 hours a week to honing my craft, from Monday through Saturday. In the evenings, I also attend online school to keep up with my academic studies.

My journey in the world of dance has been a labor of love, not only for me but also for my family who has selflessly supported me every step of the way. My single mother works tirelessly at two jobs to help cover the costs of my dance training, and our extended family has also been instrumental in providing financial assistance to help me pursue my dream.

As I approach a crucial turning point in my dance career, I have been accepted to attend the Nashville Ballet's summer intensive program. This opportunity holds the potential to further my skills and open new doors for me in the world of professional ballet.
