Help Annika Achieve Independence and Dreams

Hi, I'm Annika. I'm an autistic and multiply disabled transfem person. It's been rough. I have a lot of mobility problems and I am trying to get my medical bills paid, a well-made power chair. and anything else, maybe I can ease some of the burden of medical stuff. (large toe box diabetic shoes, long thigh-high compression socks (for dysautonomia support), Obviously, my first priority is the power chair. It needs to support 400lbs (Fuil disclosure, I weigh 350, but for safety it's gotta be 400.) A good power chair can, beyond all semblance of reason, cost like $3800 and up. I researched the different ones available, and if you want to go up hills and have a decent speed/range,. you really need to spend. I can't get the power chair from Medicare, as they require you to need the chair to even get out of bed in order to approve it, and I am an ambulatory user. The reason I need this kind of help, is because I cannot drive, and I also cannot walk for too long. Where I live, unfortunately there are issues with distance to bus stops. Maybe with some of the rehabilitation work I can get done, I could increase mobility, but right now I am not getting anywhere really without asking for a ride. Please, if you can't donate, share.
