If you know me, then you know my dog Annie, popularly known as Bean. I have had her since I was in high school; she has grown up with me.

On Thursday, we took her to the vet for what we thought would be normal GI upset. We were then referred to the emergency and specialty center where we found out that she had a cancerous intestinal mass that was blocking her intestines, making it impossible for her to keep down food. She underwent surgery to remove the tumor and then spent 3 nights in the ICU. Only 5 hours after returning home, we rushed her back to the emergency hospital where we were informed that her internal incision had opened back up and she had a septic abdomen. She then had to have a second surgery to repair it. She is estimated to spend an additional 5 days in the ICU.

Annie is our world and we will do anything to help her have the best life possible. If you feel inclined to donate it is appreciated but more importantly are prayers for her healing.
