My name is Annie, and I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that affects my entire body, including fibromyalgia and neuropathy. After 30 years of working and supporting my family, my illness forced me to resign from my job. This has deeply impacted my ability to work and manage daily life, and I am now facing significant challenges as I adjust to living with a disability at a young age.

Without health insurance, I have relied on my 401k savings to cover basic living expenses, but those funds are now depleted. I am raising money  since I cannot afford the medications and medical care I urgently need. The risk of not being able to access necessary treatment is very real. As a single mother, I have always strived to be an example of resilience and strength for my family, but right now, I need help to keep moving forward. 

I am in the process of applying for disability which if approved would get me access to Medicare. I am not sure of being accepted yet.
