My name is Annie, and I am reaching out for help during a very difficult time in my life. I have been going through cancer screenings and facing several serious health challenges. I have three pinched nerves and two herniated discs in my neck, and I have had surgery on both of my knees. My health has declined so much that I can barely walk, and my weight has dropped from 199 lbs to 112 lbs. I have even lost my hair, and some days it is so hard that I can’t get up to make it to my appointments.

Getting to and from my doctor’s appointments has become a huge challenge. Sometimes, I am given same-day appointments, but I don’t have reliable transportation to get there. Missing these appointments could mean missing out on important care and treatment that I desperately need. Having reliable transportation would make a world of difference for me, helping me keep up with my treatments and giving me a little peace of mind during this stressful time.
