Help Annie Beast Cancer

Donation protected

Hello!  As some of you may know, I’m Anne’s sister-in-law and have had the pleasure of knowing her for the past 10 years.

Anne has been diagnosed with Small Cell Carcinoma of the Ovary Hypercalcemic Type (SCCOHT), which is a very rare ovarian cancer (350 reported cases worldwide).   Anne had surgery in early June to remove the cancer, which was successful.  Further testing, however, detected the need for a second surgery prior to starting her treatment in July.  After surgery she will undergo 6 months of chemotherapy, followed by a 3rd surgery and stem cell replacement.  She has a very long fight ahead of her!

Those that know Anne know that she’s genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.  She’s an amazing wife, extraordinary mother, hard worker, and all around wonderful woman.  She is always putting her family and friends before herself.  As Mom to Mikey and Tommy, she is very involved in the community as a member of Amosland Elementary Home and School Board, she’s a volunteer soccer coach, and the boy’s biggest fan on the sidelines and at every school event.

Due to the rarity of this disease, Anne and Mike have had to travel to Cincinnati in order to receive expert care under a team of doctors at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.  Due to the recent COVID spike, there are extra expenses for short-term housing, travel, and medical in order to receive care in Cincinnati.

Funds from this page will go towards helping Mike and Anne financially in any way they need.  It will help cover their new housing arrangements in Cincinnati, as well as their mortgage/utilities in Delco.  It will help cover the travel cost for Mike, Anne, and the boys as well as anyone who is traveling out to help them.  And finally, it will help handle any medical costs Anne may incur.  We thank all of you for your continued prayers and support!
