My little girl needs your help. As most of you know, horses have gotten me through one of the toughest years I've ever had. The self-care of just being around them has eased my mind in so many ways. I have been trying to keep it all together over the past 10 months; sometimes I do a great job, sometimes I don't. But whatever it is, horses have helped me through it all as I take one day at a time with Clay's cancer treatments. Although he is doing much better, we still have bills from his chemo, and I continue to be the sole income provider at this time. Those of you that know me, know that I work every chance I get to make sure that I can provide. However, as luck would prevail, Annie gave me a curveball today as she had a minor bout with colic, something she has never done before. I was notified about it during a very busy day with my Pubcrawler job and had to find someone to work for me the rest of the afternoon so I could go to the emergency vet with her and her trainer. She should make a full recovery but had to stay there overnight and possibly could be there for another night or two. If anyone can help me (us) with any of her vet bill that would be a blessing. I am trying to provide for everyone right now and would appreciate all the support I could get to help me while Clay is out of work.
