Help Annie and Cat with medical bills and expenses

Annie Minks could use our help. She is suffering from a condition that took her ability to use and feel her legs over the course of hours. At this time, doctors are predicting it can take months (and possibly more) for Annie to regain the use of her legs. Annie is staying positive and using mobility devices to move around as she begins pt and ot for the next few months. At this time, Annie is unable to return to work and is unsure of when this will actually happen.

 Her medical bills are high and will just continue to grow. She had treatments in the hospital which were over 100k in one medicine alone over the course of 5 days. These treatments were necessary to stop the progression of what was effecting her. Additionally, Neurologists ran nearly every test you can imagine to determine future course of treatment. It will be a road to recovery, but we are sure that Annie will continue to do it with a smile on her face.

 Her partner, Cat, is also a sheriff’s officer. They are now working as a single income household; not only could they use help with the growing medical expenses but also daily household expenses. As a sheriff’s officer overtime and extra jobs are a great way of earning extra income, but at this time, Cat needs to be home to support and spend time with Annie which means she cannot take those opportunities for extra income.

Annie is just not someone who needs our help; she is a friend, a partner, a coworker, a daughter, a family member, a bonus mom and more. She has been a deputy for 3.5 years ( a job in which she is currently unable to perform). She is bonus mom to 2 kids, and a loving partner to Cat. She is an avid archer and enjoys everything outdoors, things that are severely limited now that she has mobility issues. Any help is greatly appreciated as it will help Annie with growing medical bills as well as help her and Cat as they navigate these changes together. Thanks, friends!
