Hi, my name is Annelis Muniz and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and hopeful spirit. I’ve recently been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer and while I’m doing everything I can to stay strong, the medical costs are overwhelming.

I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy and then surgery and between treatments, medications, travel, and daily living expenses, the financial burden has become more than I can manage alone. I’ve always tried to handle life’s challenges independently, but this is a moment where I need help from my community.

• Medical treatments and procedures not fully covered by insurance

• Prescription medications

• Transportation to and from treatment centers

• Basic living expenses while I’m unable to work
