Help Anne move to a safer environment with Oak

Hello. Online I'm known as 101Asa, though in real life, I am Anne. I need this GoFundMe because I have found it very hard to find work that is physically within my ability. I am currently disabled from a Congenital Heart Defect (hole between the left and right ventricles), Pulmonary Atresia (smaller than normal veins in lings causing lower oxygen), and Damaged Stomach Nerves ( they inserted wires up through my body in case they had to shock my heart. They nicked some of the nerves around my stomach, so they no longer send messages to let me know when I'm full or hungry), along with very poor eyesight, knees that occasionally give out and an ankle that will not allow me to run.

I do get some income from E-Pal, Patron and Youtube. I need the funds to change my living circumstances. The place I live in now is not physically or mentally healthy for me. E-Pal currently produces less than a minimum wage, and Patron isn't paying enough for weekly groceries.

Your money would be going towards:

Food for perhaps a year for my cat and me. (Roughly $75-125/week). 

Health insurance for a month or two if needed. I have cardiac and gastro issues, making insurance expensive and harder to get because of preexisting conditions. My cat's insurance is already $25/month

Medication and health care supplies for a year. (My supplies will likely be the bulk of this as it can be roughly $350/month.) This would also include prescriptions.

Construction or partial construction of a van house. (The van itself would be $5k-7k, converting it to a home could be between $15k-$20k.) Extra money for fuel, a place to plug in if the solar panels aren't charging enough and emergency repairs along with the above.

Getting the things on this list would put me in a position to care for myself. Your donations will help me get into a healthier physical and mental living situation, enabling me to be freer to pursue my desire to explore and paint.
