Yesterday morning, an electrical wire shortage caused extensive damage to my entire townhome while I was at home. Thankfully, both my roommate, our three cats, and I are physically unharmed. However, we have tragically lost our place to live and the majority of our belongings.

This fundraiser aims to assist us in covering immediate housing and basic necessities.

Regrettably, I do not have homeowners insurance to help with the expenses, and our emergency fund is not sufficient to cover at least 6 months to 1 year of housing while the house is being repaired. Additionally, we hope to use any excess funds to offset some of the repair costs.
