My name is Anna Roman, and I am raising funds to record my first EP!

I have been (secretly) writing since about 2018 and have never dared to share my work until this fall.

I am in my final year at Yale getting my MFA in acting, and in our final class called "You are the Creator," we were instructed to share original works—something personal and completely our own to serve as a touchstone of our creative agency through graduation and beyond. Last month, I was able to share three songs in front of an audience for the first time. To many of my professors' and friends' suggestions, and in collaboration with another friend and phenomenal artist (Hi Lora-Faye xo), I am hoping to start recording my EP this summer.

I am deeply connected to and proud of these three songs, and I cannot wait to share them with you (maybe even on a track with a live band?).

All funds go directly to producer, musician, recording, post-production, and mixing/mastering fees. While financial donations are particularly helpful, sharing this link with friends, family, and other artists goes a long way.
