Help Anna Rescue and Rehome Abused Dog

hi guys, my name is Anna. I was on my way to work when I found this dog locked in a cage covered in feces. I spoke to the owners and they said they were selling him for $500. I am not able to house him. I am just starting this so that I can buy him, and give him to someone who deserves him. I am not looking to sell him. I simply want to buy his freedom and take him to the vet and make sure he goes to a safe loving home
