My name is Stephanie Fishwick and I live in Virginia. I am hoping to raise some funds to help my beautiful, talented, adventurous sister Anna deSocio who lives in Pasadena, CA. She is also going through one of the most challenging times she has ever experienced, right now, because she has been displaced by the Eaton fire. The nightmare is not over yet and I think we can all show her our love and reach out from Virginia. She’s going on 4 days with barely any sleep, adrenaline going, uncertainty and fear.

She fled with her cat Bonnie in the middle of the night when the fires exploded across Pasadena, in a total panic, to a friends’ apartment in Highland Park. As you can imagine, there wasn’t any sleeping. The next morning, she and a small group of neighborhood friends fled further East, but had no power or internet.

Luckily, the cottage she rents is saved, but uninhabitable for now. Last night was spent in a church-provided house, for one night. As of this morning she isn’t sure where she will stay tonight because she is not able to go home yet. On top of it all, her car needs some major repairs. This was particularly scary for all of us because she wasn't able to get to safety without fearing the car would stop running. Some extra funds would be major for her right now. Here are all the pertinent details:
