UPDATE: Anna's electric is back on which also means so is the heat! Gas and phone are caught up. Now she needs her car insurance reinstated, some gas in the tank, and little bit of a cushion going into the first of the year. If you can spare a few bucks, even $10-20 is very helpful. Hey everyone!

I’m posting on behalf of a dear friend to so many of us, Anna Banana aka Donna De le Muerte. Anna is a super rad human for anyone who has crossed paths with her over the past 20 or so years she's been in Columbus. I met Anna through Ohio Roller Derby 20 years ago, I know many have also met her through her former (iykyk) place of employment Evolved. She's a wonderful and caring friend who would never ask for help on her own, even though she really needs it right now, and anyone that knows her knows this is true,. Over the past year, and after leaving her former job, things haven’t gone as smoothly as she has needed financially. She’s been doing everything she can to stay afloat, but it’s reached a point where she just can’t get ahead.

Some amazing friends have already stepped in to help her temporarily keep a roof over her head, and thankfully her landlord has been patient and understanding. But catching up on bills and avoiding eviction is still a real struggle, she is currently working two jobs but both are slow right now and it's not enough to get her head above water as well as keep herself and her furballs fed.

She knows money is tight for everyone right now and a big reason she doesn’t want to ask for help. What she genuinely wants the most is for people to book tattoos with her at her new shop, Cap City Tattoo Co. That support would mean the world to her—but tattoo income takes a little time to come through, and she needs some immediate help to keep things stable (and stay warm this winter).

So, if you can - please book a tattoo with her!
