Anna is my close friend, and as a former ICU Registered Nurse, I've seen firsthand how quickly life can change. Not long ago, Anna began experiencing extreme weakness in her upper body, arms, and fingers. The condition progressed rapidly, leaving her unable to do anything without assistance. After months of medical visits, tests, and uncertainty, Anna was diagnosed with severe cervical spinal canal stenosis—a condition that has dramatically impacted her independence and quality of life.

Her doctors have recommended stem cell therapy as the best hope for her recovery. Unfortunately, Medicaid insurance does not cover this treatment, and the cost is over eleven thousand dollars. This financial barrier stands between Anna and the care she urgently needs to regain her strength and independence.
