Help Ann Marie Joncas Clarke!

This is a fundraiser for our mother, Ann Marie Joncas Clarke. In April she had chest pain and went to the hospital. After many tests and trips to the doctor it was discovered that she needed an aoritic valve replacement. This procedure is open heart surgery, cutting open the breast bone and replacing the valve.
My mother recieved this information in June 2017. At the time she was living in Juniper working very minimal hours. In August 2017 she decided to make the move back to Dalhousie after being away for 12 years. She needed lots of support and knew she would have it in Dalhousie with her family.
The surgery has required numerous trips to Saint John and Moncton. It has also required a dental procedure that cost almost $1200. On Monday, Feb 12 she had all remaining teeth removed. This was necessary as her teeth were not in the best shape and there was a chance for infection and this could affect recovery after the open heart surgery.
Mom has been working since moving back to Dalhousie at Dixie Lee. She was very lucky to be hired by a previous employer. Although she has worked consistently, it was not full time and has no medical coverage. We have decided to create this to help her out. Any money raised will go towards the dental procedure, travel costs, expenses and living costs. Mom will be off for a minimum of 3 months after surgery with a bare minimum income.
Her surgery was scheduled for Tuesday, Feb 13 in Saint John, but has since been pushed until atleast Feb 15 due to other emergencies in the hospital.
She has the emotional support, but a little financial support would be greatly appreciated. Even just a share of the page would also be appreciated. Thanks so much!
