My mother, Ann Hill recently was diagnosed with stage 4, colorectal cancer with a metastasis to her liver. She is 53 years old and fighting a very difficult battle. She has been traveling weekly for chemotherapy which requires her to be hooked up to the chemo for 3 days at a time with horrible side affects. She has had 4 of the 6 chemo sessions so far that are required before any surgery can be considered. After surgery, she will still require more chemotherapy sessions.

We are doctoring in Ann Arbor, Michigan because the location of the tumors in her liver are in a very challenging spot. Often times, with so many complications she is traveling a couple times a week to Ann Arbor. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover all of the medial costs that are continuing to accrue. The medical bills are already piling up and she needs some additional support since she is unable to work at this time.
