Ann is a cherished member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Chelmsford, known for her loving and empathetic nature and her quirky sense of humor. Despite facing her own challenges, Ann has always been there for others, offering kindness and support whenever she can. She has helped serve at St. Paul’s Soup Kitchen with Aldersgate, even while using their resources herself. Now, she finds herself in a difficult situation, living in a tent as winter weather and strong winds have made her circumstances unbearable. On top of this, Ann is dealing with serious health issues, including the need for both hips and a knee to be replaced. She is doing her best to stabilize her life so she can address her health and work toward a permanent living situation, a vehicle, and a job.

Ann’s most urgent need is for short-term housing, such as an extended stay hotel, to get her out of the cold and into a safe environment. She also needs funds for food and to begin saving for a vehicle, which will be essential in helping her find employment and regain her independence.
