Our dear friend and housemate, Ankit, was recently diagnosed with Leukemia (blood cancer). At just 24 years old, Ankit has been courageously working toward his dreams, pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management at Thompson Rivers University . He is currently in his final semester, and what should have been a time of celebration and hope has suddenly turned into an unexpected and heartbreaking challenge.

Ankit was born on September 7, 2000, and his family is back in India, far from him during this critical time. While they provide emotional strength, it is incredibly difficult for them to be physically present to support him. As his immediate family here in Canada—his friends and housemates—we are stepping forward to stand by him through this fight.

The journey ahead involves intensive treatments, medical expenses, and day-to-day care. To ease this overwhelming financial burden, we are raising $20,000 CAD. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, will help Ankit cover medical costs, living expenses, and allow him to focus on healing without the added weight of financial stress.
