Help Anji and family overcome financial & medical troubles

Hi. I'm Anji. My family consists of my daughter, trans son, and two sisters, one of whom is disabled. We're in trouble. I'm working on keeping the lights on, the water on, and food in the house while I work my ass off to get us independent from my ex.
What happened:
Child support and spousal support have stopped for reasons I will not go into. Spousal support stopped in May and child support this June. I was served by mail from the court initiated by my ex on 8 June to provide a review of my income in 20 days back to the court from the date of the letter which was 27 May. Both of those supports were what was keeping us alive.
What we need:
I need to pay our bills, make repairs to our only car, make repairs to the house because they won't renew our home insurance, get all the trees trimmed so they're not touching the roof, urgent medical care for my entire family, and whatever else I'm forgetting.
Our urgent medical needs: my son can't get support for his dangerous type of sleep apnea, the kind where he just stops breathing at night. My middle sister needs an attorney to help get SSI disability and a psychiatrist to get her back on the meds she needs.
My daughter needs a therapist. I need a therapist. We both have psychiatrists.
I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2020 and had my thyroid removed 2 June 2021. I have to have annual lab tests to monitor my hormones so that my medication is the right dosage to replace the ones my body no longer makes. My last lab test was 2 years ago.
I had a traumatic brain injury when I was 19. I have not seen my neurologist in two years. The accident left me with crippling migraines. My medication ran out at the beginning of this year. I am hoping that Medi-Cal will cover an appointment with him or that his office will give me a medication renewal without requiring an appointment.
What we've been doing:
I have gotten us on public assistance. I've borrowed all I can and can't take on any further debt. I am working as fast and as hard as I can. I'm self-employed as an artist and dress designer
My sister Jen has a very stable job, but makes nowhere near enough to keep us all afloat.
My sister Thebia is a game streamer on Twitch. She's House of Thebia if you are on that platform.
A friend has offered to do all the tree trimming. We have already made one trip to the dump. I've been working on the rest of the cleanup on my own when the weather is good.
I have a great mechanic, and I know who I want to hire as Thebia's disability lawyer. I am looking for a bankruptcy attorney, but we can't afford any of them.
My son and I are searching for doctors who take Medi-Cal.
What's important and why this matters:
Insurance refuses to cover a sleep study that Hawk needs. They want $15K for the study and an additional $1K for the CPAP. We have not been able to get any gender affirming care for him.
Thebia's psychiatrist died from cancer almost a year ago, leaving us with no referral we can afford. She's been without a psychiatrist or medication since then. We can't afford a disability lawyer.
My sister, Jen, is pre-diabetic.
I need a lab test to see where my hormone levels are. I need my migraine medication. I am in the process of getting divorced. There is significant outstanding tax debt from my marriage. I've been the one to pay a large portion of it. I owe $14,000 to my psychiatrist but I hope to have that wiped out by bankruptcy.
