Our pool collapsed without warning—and now we’re facing overwhelming repair costs while trying to challenge an insurance denial.

Hello everyone, I never imagined I would be in a position like this, but I’m reaching out during a very difficult time for my family. Our backyard pool recently experienced a sudden structural collapse, leaving us with severe damage and an overwhelming situation. This space has always been a place where our family relaxed and created memories, so this has been incredibly hard to process. We did file a homeowner’s insurance claim, but it was denied, and we are currently working through the process of challenging that decision. The repair estimates are far beyond what we can manage on our own. We are doing everything we can to move forward, but we cannot do it alone.
