Help Anita get a ramp so she can go home!

Hi,

Our mother, Anita, was admitted to MMC mid-September. She is now in rehab but only has two more weeks left and then she will need to go home.

Unfortunately, she will require the use of a ramp in order to get home and to/from medical appointments.

Ramps are very expensive and we need financial assistance to buy one.

We appreciate any and all help!
