Hello, my name is Sisi, and I am asking for help on behalf of my friend and fellow cosmetology student at Paul Mitchell The School San Diego, Anita Lewis. She is a bright soul with a big heart and is always looking out for those around her; as such, she often forgets to ask for help herself.

Any of her current clients will tell you what a talented, attentive stylist she already is; she just needs her license to extend her services. She has been trying to finish beauty school, but something has usually come up just before she could finish; right now is her third attempt, and it might be her last chance.

She is struggling to balance school, work, and raising three young boys, two of whom have special needs and require constant care. She and her partner have been getting by, but they struggle to make the payments for school. She is dangerously close to dropping out again because of this, but hopefully, with your help, she won’t have to.

I can't help her out monetarily myself, as I am also paying for my own tuition, but I have seen firsthand what something like GoFundMe can do for people with no other options. Any amount helps, as it will bring her that much closer to the goal.

I am asking for $10,000, as that is the total amount for tuition, but getting even half of that amount means she is that much closer to graduating.
